Comprehensive image, sound and telecommunications project at Hotel Palma Suites

The Hotel Palma Suites, located in Plaza Mercadal offers a selection of 35 suites fully equipped as luxury apartments. All the Suites are equipped with high definition television, sound system, IP telephony system as well as other equipment.
Our company has participated from the first moment in this project together with the Cabinet of Architecture, the promoter itself as well as the other companies involved in the project, up to the total execution.
The first phase consisted of giving a first solution that was fully executable. Together with the economic offer, a series of documentation was made available to the client; facilities marked on plans, product information, diagrams for a better understanding of the client, as well as some equipment that was going to be included in the proposal were shown in our showroom.
From that moment it is the client who decides in which direction to start working, modifying the first proposal if necessary until reaching the real solution that the client demands.
Llambias’ work is extensive, from the conception of the project to its full execution. The project development and planning phase is laborious but very important. This is where the success of the project is practically guaranteed, since good planning is essential to avoid having unpleasant surprises at the last minute. Likewise, the work of control and monitoring of the work is of vital importance to solve the possible problems that arise during the construction phase.
Taking care of all these details guarantees a clean and successful execution, which is synonymous with customer satisfaction.
Summary of installations
Television
Each of the hotel suites has a Samsung brand HDTV. Through the TV, each client can access part of the DTT and satellite channels, information about the hotel, activities and the Internet. Televisions were also installed in common areas such as the Reception and Gym.
Telecommunications
The Project also includes the entire Cisco telephone system, with a telephone located in each Suite as well as in the Reception and Management Office. As for the network, it was also developed with Cisco Systems technology, giving Wi-Fi network support to each of the Suites and noble floors of the hotel.
TV Antennas
The reception of Satellite and DTT channels was also supplied by our company.
Sound
In all the Suites there is a sound system added to the television, which consists of a “soundbar” + Samsung subwoofer. In addition, the hotel has ambient sound on the noble floors. The sound system can be controlled with an app from any smartphone.
Others
Other work carried out in the hotel consisted of the development of an App for Samsung’s Smart Hub system. Through the application, the client can consult information related to the activities that can be carried out in the hotel and its surroundings.
